Throwback Thursdays! “Everlong” by Foo Fighters

This is one of the few songs by a band that I feel in general I can say both die-hard and casual fans agree is their best song. It’s one of Foo Fighters best videos, it’s a great rock song and it has a pretty great acoustic version as well. I thought I was gonna say more about this but it turns out that I am not. Enjoy the video!

I thought I would share with you all about why I like to write. It’s pretty hard to articulate, but I tried my best. If you write, why do you write? If you would like to write, what’s stopping you? Do you have any questions? I’d love to help.

Teens Tell Their Story (Week 3): YouTube

Originally posted on Harrison Davis:
This is week 3 of the amazing ‘teens tell their story’ project run by the equally amazing Caitlyn & Sherina. I missed week 2, unfortunately, but really enjoyed week 1 (you can read it here) and I’m back to do week 3! As you can tell by the title, this weeks topic is YouTube. If you’re like me, then YouTube has replaced TV in your life and pretty much all of the video content you consume comes from the online platform, except for Emmerdale, I love Emmerdale. I frickin love YouTube. It allows me to travel the world from my sofa (well…kinda) as well as be entertained on a daily basis. I can’t imagine my life without it, and I realise how sad that sounds, but I don’t care. What’s great about YouTube is, for the most part, it allows for an extremely positive community of people with similar interests to interact. I want to go to VidCon

VidCon 2015 has started and I’m seeing vlogs and posts and pictures of it. I want to be there so baaaaad. AAAAAh why does it have to be all the way in America, so fasr away. VidCon started in 2010, conceived by Hank Green.┬áEvery year Youtubers and fans come together at this event to celebrate online media. It’s the place to meet your favourite Youtuber. For a long time I’ve been wanting to meet John and Hank Green, but I’ve recently started to watch some other Youtubers and I’d just love to go to VidCon. It seems like there is this amazing atmosphere there and I’d love to meet other fans and just have a great time. Unfortunately, I won’t be going any time soon. Basically I’m just hoping that it will continue for another 5 to 10 years, because I’ll then might be able to visit. Have a nice day!
