This months theme is  ‘Moodboard Your Year Reveal’ I love the concept of this box is says 2016: the year of ________. It comes with a bunch of stickers so you can customize it to what your year will be, I chose risks because I will be taking a few of those in the months to come! Here are the products I received this month Bio Republic Skincare Cucumber Breeze Soothing Fiber Mask Set I have tried bio republic masks before and liked them, but not as much as this one! I had an allergic reaction to an exfoliator last week which left the sides of my nostrils dry, irritated, red and peeling (like a lot). My poor nose was sore to touch and my cheeks were red and irritated as well from the product. When…

Whats Ipsy? They are a $10/month beauty subscription box that sends you deluxe and full size samples every month! Click here to check them out. Ipsys January theme is ‘All Eyes on You’ which features a super cute retro bag that is patterned on the front and blue on the back. Here are the products I recieved: MARSK Mineral Eyeshadow in Mudcake – $22.50 This is a full sized product, at first look when I opened this, I wasn’t in love but once I swatched it I saw it’s true beauty. It’s kind of a brown-plum with a hint of green glitter, had me mesmerzied! For being a 100% mineral all natural shadow is has an extremely soft, creamy texture blends out beautifully! It is also very versatile, you can use it by itself, over other shadows, or as the picture above shows the different pay offs while wet, primed, and diffrent bases(ipsy’s picture). I’m not sure of the staying power yet but I will keep you all…

I thought I would switch things up a bit this month and film an unboxing video, so be sure to head on over to my YouTube channel for all the details of the products I received. To summarise, I loved the appearance of this month’s box – the shells looked so adorable and pastel colours are always a big hit with me. Without revealing too much the products were a mixed bag – but much better than last month, I’m particularly excited to try the Lord and Berry lip liner. I still feel a bit unsure as to whether I will continue my subscription, but I am going to give it one more month. The prospect of a Christmas themed box for December is just keeping me hanging on in there! As I’ve already mentioned be…

This is my first Lip Monthly bag which arrived on the 20th. If you are not familiar with Lip Monthly it is a $12.95 USD Beauty bag with free international shipping. To check it out click here. My first impression of This beauty subscription is that they have good quality products but absolutely horrid customer service. Their site needs a lot of work but their shop is slowly improving and has good prices. Only thing I wish was different in this bag is the fact the two colours were so close. *Note- the prices are below based on their website shop, not the display card received in the bag* Lord Berry Crayon – $13 This is a full-sized Lord Berry Crayon in shiny Sensual (red). What I like about this, aside from the colour, is its pleasant smell and creamy texture. It was really easy to apply however it doesn’t last very long, I found myself having the reapply after drinking and eating. Mica Cosmetics Lip Pot…
