I am proud to say, I am no longer a senior in college. As of May 24, 2014 I am a graduate and current resident of LA. YEP. I did it. I moved to LA. I waited about a month after graduation. The moving process was pricey. I chose to ship my car and I flew out here. It was for the best. Right before arriving, I solidified an apartment (risky, but I’m a thorough researcher) and had to set everything up. What does that mean? I had to get: Renter’s insurance Set up the gas and power/water bill Pay the application fee Pay the deposit fee Setting up a rental car Not to mention purchasing the plane ticket, shipping items, and paying for meals during the day of flying. I ended up paying for a rental car for the first three days (until my car arrived). They told me shipping would take 7-10 days.
