It’s important to note that your skin and lips should be moisturized prior to applying any makeup to avoid dry spots and a cakey look PRIMER Priming the face helps to keep your makeup look in place and lasting all day. One important thing to note with primers is if they are water or oil based. Pair the appropriate one with your water or oil based foundation to make sure your makeup doesn’t melt throughout the day.
