Another Gluten-Free Millennial
The mourning of all the gluten-filled foods can be tough, but scavenging and finding the best gluten-free recipes is all apart of the life of a gluten-free person. Donuts are probably the thing people with gluten-free intolerances miss the most. After much time experimenting, the best (and easiest) recipe for gluten-free donuts is finally found.
It was pretty simple for me and this is all you need:
- 1 ¼ cups pancake mix
- 1/4 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water
- Supplies:
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Deep frying pan
- Oil
- Stove
- Slotted spoon
- Paper towel
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Paper lunch bag
In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, water, egg and small amounts of sugar and cinnamon. Mix these ingredients together until they form a dough like substance and are well blended.
