I’m a journalism student living working, learning and writing in D.C. I have always been fascinated by storytelling, and this fascination has recently materialized into a blog. I believe in the power of stories told through all mediums, and I’m a lifelong lover of written words. When I’m not writing or reading, you can find me wearing something pink, jamming to Fun., sipping an iced coffee, or making lists.

I started my blog as a way to centralize both my professional and creative writing. Since then, it has evolved into a creative space where I post about reading, style and ideas about life. Through my writing I hope to show that life can be crazy busy, but we all need to take time to be inspired and to get creative.

FACTS ABOUT ELLIE
How did you meet your best friend?  
We met in preschool. She carried a teddy bear (creatively named Teddy) everywhere, and had a habit of pulling his fur off. This made for a good talking point and we’ve been inseparable since.
